We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Canva and a solid understanding of corporate-style design principles. Experience with Adobe Photoshop is a valuable asset.

What will you do as a Customer Service Associate?

As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, you have a very clear purpose: to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. Youll be the first point of contact for our customers by answering their requests through phones this includes everything from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance. Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.

What are your hours?

This role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. You will work overnight/day/late shifts and your work week is minimum X hrs, for example: 4x10hrs or 5x8hrs. [OA1] In order to match our customer demand, we schedule based on a variety of different shift patterns within the operating hours of XX am and XX pm [LO2] Sunday to Monday. You may be required to work national holidays. You will learn more about your exact schedule closer to your start date.

What qualifications do we need from you?

Minimum age: 18 years old
Have the right to work in India
Strong communication skills in [Insert language] (both written and oral fluency) [add specific level requested for language roles]
Experience working with a computer
The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of XX am and XX pm [LO3]
Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
You’ll need a quiet, distraction free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
From a technical perspective, a minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MP upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the end-to-end website development process: planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.

· Create wireframes, mockups, and implement custom WordPress themes based on project requirements.

· Develop responsive, fast, and SEO-friendly websites using WordPress best practices.

· Customize plugins, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and implement security measures.

· Manage all aspects of the launch process, including domain, hosting, and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with full project lifecycle ownership.

· Basic Design Proficiency: Solid understanding of UI/UX principles. Ability to use design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop) to create coherent layouts and visuals.

· Strong front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.

· Experience with page builders (Elementor, or Gutenberg)

· Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively.

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage timelines independently.
